be interested in you explaining why it is . to my knowledge their has never been a campaign of abortion that included the intentional killing of all the people of a nation,religion or racial group .
to complete a genocide you would have to commit more than just abortions. well i suppose you could do it but it would be a long a costly exercise .plenty of cheaper options. anyway enjoyed the pdf and look forward to reading a post from you re your thoughts .kindest regards bg 🙂😎🙂

What is a genocide? The victims are selected because of some common characteristic, in this case age, defenseless ness, utter dependence, or perhaps incomplete development. A class of humans is marked for extinction.
The victims must be unwilling;death is imposed upon them. That is the case here.
A genocide is intentional and systematic. What we see in the declaration is that these people would like it to be illegal and punishable to refuse to kill a fetus. Systematic enough for you? We have an international corporation with huge influence over governments which exists for the purpose of selling abortion, for the purpose of killing as many children as it can.
Now please tell me how it is not genocide.

genocide is the killing of a race or people (as in group religious,racial, political,or cultural )comes from greek word genos meaning race and cide meaning killing. so no abortion isn’t genocide anymore than contraception is genocide. kindest regards bg 🙂😎🙂

With all respect, the fact that the selection is not based on racial identity does not make this an ethical neutral. You have expanded the meaning to include more than race in your reply. Can not the “people” group be defined by a common characteristic such as pre-born status? I am saying that that is exactly what has happened.

thats all good,i’m enjoying our discussion and have found you very respectful ,and hope you have felt comfortable with my conduct. i hope that ethically speaking i have not given the impression that i consider abortion to be ethically neutral. on the contrary i did not expand on the meaning of genocide merely gave the old word description and the new word as peoples. as the is only one race of humans we are all homosapiens what makes us different as a group are our religions, languages, social contructs.
your question can not the people group be defined by a common characteristic ,the answer is yes,but to my knowledge their is no aim or plan to
annihilate all babies which is an essential must have in deciding a genocide.we should all be deeply concerned with the commercialization of abortion as we should re the commercialization of euthanasia. i once again thank you for making the pdf availiable to us and look forward to your response if you have time. kindest regards bg 🙂😎🙂

You have been very respectful. I hope I did not seem to suggest that YOU found abortion ethically neutral. I think we agree on all of it. I do understand that by precise definition, abortion may not be a “genocide” but what I hope to suggest is that what is happening is as inhumane, as abhorrent, as tragic, and as unacceptable as a genocide would be. Among some groups, such as the one represented in the pdf, it does seem as though an aim to kill all babies would almost be their aim!
